Agentic AI Engineer / Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, co-pilots, and multi-agent systems for business automation and intelligent workflows.Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, model integration, and agent orchestration.Build and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, ERP systems, databases, APIs, and internal applications.Develop reusable AI modules, automation frameworks, and prompt engineering standards to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.Conduct rapid prototyping, experimentation, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies and business use cases.Monitor and continuously improve AI system performance, scalability, reliability, governance compliance, and operational effectiveness.Evaluate emerging AI technologies, market trends, and adoption strategies to identify high-impact business opportunities.Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors while contributing to AI governance, documentation, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.Job Requirements:Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.Preference given to candidates with certifications or specialization in:o Artificial Intelligenceo Machine Learningo Cloud Platformso Automation Technologieso Enterprise Architectureo Data Engineering1–5 years’ experience in AI engineering, software engineering, automation engineering, or related digital solution roles.Experience building AI/ML models, LLM-based applications, or automation workflows.Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, APIs, and modern AI tooling is preferred.Experience in start-up, innovation, or fast-paced project environments is an advantage.Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), Agentic AI frameworks, Prompt engineering, Workflow automation, API integration, Python programming, AI orchestration platforms, Vector databases & RAG architectureKnowledge of AI & Cloud platforms, Enterprise system integration, AI governance, AI observability & monitoring, Data pipelines and automation architecturesFamiliarity with Multi-agent systems, AI copilots, Intelligent document processing, Conversational AI, AI-enhanced operational workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to design scalable and modular systemsAbility to rapidly prototype and iterate solutionsInnovation-oriented mindset with strong learning agilityStrong initiative and ownership mentalityAbility to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environmentsAbility to balance experimentation with operational reliabilityBusiness-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering practical valueExcellent communication and collaboration skills - able to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders; fluency in English required, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
