This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and pricing of innovative insurance products that support our mission of helping customers make decisions easier and lives better. As a Product Pricing Actuary, you will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver data-driven pricing solutions and product recommendations. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle—from product design and pricing to regulatory approval and implementation—while influencing key business decisions. This role offers a strong platform for progressing actuarial expertise, advancing exam qualifications, and building commercial acumen within a collaborative environment.Position Responsibilities:Perform pricing analysis and actuarial assessments for new product development and existing insurance programs.Present pricing recommendations and business insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Develop and enhance pricing methodologies, analytics capabilities, and business intelligence frameworks.Partner with Product, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk teams on product design and strategic initiatives.Support product approval processes with Regional, Corporate, and regulatory stakeholders.Facilitate discussions with product managers and actuarial teams to evaluate pricing implications and business opportunities.Conduct market and experience studies to identify future product development opportunities.Support new product implementation, including system development, testing, and sales illustration validation.Required Qualifications:3–6 years of relevant actuarial, pricing, or insurance industry experience.Good progress toward internationally recognized actuarial professional examinations.Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills.Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in life insurance product pricing and product development.Knowledge of insurance regulations and product approval processes.Experience working with actuarial modeling, pricing, and analytical tools.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.When you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
