Role and Responsibilities 1.                 Provide on-going application support and beinvolved in various stages of the SDLC 2.                 Conduct user requirement gathering for newsystems and/or enhancements to existing systems/solutions 3.                 Conduct user requirement analysis for thedevelopment / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existingsystems 4.                 Perform documentation of requirements and newprocess/workflows for the developed solutions 5.                 Perform functional analysis of new systems andenhancements to existing systems 6.                 Involvement in the various testing phases priorto implementation, including but not limited to developing test plans andcases, conducting testing and verifying test results and following up on issuesto resolution 7.                 Plan and coordinate end-user training for anysystem implementations or enhancements 8.                 Liaise closely with business users and buildgood rapport particularly in the area of defining IT processes, organizationsand workflow relationships to complement the solution 9.                 Support the team in defining projectrequirements, tracking and documentation of project progress with respect totime, resources, budget and demonstrated results 10.            Identify, facilitate and ensure cross functionalresource support for projects. 11.            Provide 24/7 primary application maintenancesupport 12.            Participate and support Request for Proposal(RFP) for projects with the Manager. II. Requirements 1.                 Minimum 3 years of experience in developing,implementing and maintaining IT systems 2.                 Successful track record in project management,user and vendor management 3.                 Experience in MS Windows environment &application support 4.                 Experience in Database management systems (SQL,Oracle) 5.                 Strong analytical skills and ability to workindependently 6.                 Experience in healthcare industry is an addedadvantage 7.                 Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineeringor equivalent WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
