Job Description:Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of a comprehensive restaurant technology ecosystem comprising a customer-facing website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and an integrated back-office management platform. Work closely with business stakeholders, restaurant operations teams, UI/UX designers, developers, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, define business processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions.Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and System Design Documents. Design and oversee the development of online food ordering capabilities including menu management, product categorization, search functionality, add-to-cart features, customer accounts, order tracking, promotions, loyalty programs, and secure checkout processes.Manage the implementation of payment gateway integrations supporting credit cards, digital wallets, PayNow, Stripe, and other online payment methods while ensuring security, compliance, and transaction accuracy. Design and enhance operational systems including Order Management, Point of Sale (POS), Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Inventory Management, Supplier Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Delivery Management modules.Collaborate with technical teams to define system architecture, APIs, database structures, cloud infrastructure, and integration frameworks using modern technologies such as React, Flutter, Node.js, .NET, PostgreSQL, AWS, and RESTful services. Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability.Lead Agile project delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog management, testing coordination, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and post-implementation support. Develop business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions that provide real-time insights into sales performance, inventory levels, customer behavior, profitability, and operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Systems Analysis, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), or Digital Transformation projects. Proven experience in delivering web-based and mobile application solutions, e-commerce platforms, restaurant management systems, POS systems, or enterprise software applications.Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, business process modelling, system integration, API development, cloud technologies, database management, and software architecture principles. Experience working with payment gateway integrations, mobile applications, customer-facing digital platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions is highly preferred.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, requirement gathering, documentation, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, AWS, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
