This role combines UX/UI design, conversion optimization, personalization, and next-generation GenUI (Generative UI) experiences to create engaging and high-performing digital journeys across D2C platforms.The ideal candidate has strong ecommerce UX experience, understands data-driven experimentation, and is passionate about emerging design approaches such as AI-assisted interfaces, conversational experiences, adaptive content, and GenAI-powered workflows. Experience designing within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:UX/UI & Conversion OptimizationDesign intuitive, visually engaging, and responsive customer experiences across ecommerce touchpoints.Analyze customer behaviour and performance data to identify UX and conversion improvement opportunities.Create wireframes, prototypes, UI concepts, and A/B testing experiences to improve conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.Optimize customer journeys to reduce friction and improve usability.GenUI & Personalized ExperiencesDesign and conceptualize GenUI (Generative UI) experiences including: o AI-assisted journeys o conversational interfaces o adaptive content experiences o intelligent recommendations o dynamic and personalized UI modulesUse GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, UX exploration, and content generation workflows.Work closely with CRM, personalization, and onsite teams to deliver behaviour-led and contextual experiences.AEM Experience & Component DesignCollaborate with developers and content teams to design scalable experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Design reusable templates, modules, and component-based experiences aligned to design systems.Understand AEM authoring considerations, content structures, and responsive behaviours to ensure seamless implementation.User Research & StorytellingConduct user research, usability testing, and behavioural analysis to validate ideas and identify pain points.Present insights and concepts through strong storytelling and customer-centric narratives.Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders in agile environments.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, or related field.3–5 years of experience in UX/UI, CRO, or customer experience design, preferably within D2C ecommerce.Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, experimentation, and data-driven problem solving.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.Strong understanding of GenUI / AI-driven experience design trends and workflows.Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and component-based CMS ecosystems is highly preferred.Familiarity with analytics and testing tools such as Adobe Analytics, or similar.Exposure to GenAI-enabled design tools.Understanding of responsive design, design systems, accessibility, and modern ecommerce UX patterns.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
