We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy solving business problems with AI and building practical enterprise AI solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Voice Agent based in Singapore to deploy WIZ.AI's LLM-powered AI Voice Agent solutions for enterprise customers.This role does not require full-stack production engineering experience. However, candidates should be comfortable working with technical concepts, reading documentation, testing APIs, configuring enterprise systems, debugging integration issues, and using AI tools to build simple prototypes or automations. The ideal candidate is not necessarily a traditional software engineer, but should be technically hands-on, AI-native, customer-facing, and capable of driving practical deployment outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport AI solution architecture design during customer discovery, solution workshops, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical validation.Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs and deployment plans for enterprise customers.Configure, deploy, integrate, validate, and optimize LLM-powered AI Voice Agent solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, testing, UAT, production rollout, and continuous optimization.Implement, configure and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise systems including CRM, CCaaS, APIs, webhooks, knowledge bases, telephony systems, and other enterprise platforms.Conduct AI solution testing, prompt optimization, LLM evaluation, and performance tuning before and after production deployment.Analyze operational data, AI performance metrics, conversation quality, and user feedback to continuously optimize AI solution performance and business outcomes.Coordinate deployment activities across customers, Sales, Product, Engineering teams, and external partners.Debug deployment, integration, and production issues across AI workflows, APIs, enterprise systems, and LLM applications.Collect customer feedback and operational insights to improve product capabilities and deployment methodologies.Support regional implementation projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia, where required.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.2+ yearsof experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Software Delivery, or similar customer-facing technical roles.Strong AI-native mindset with high openness toward emerging AI technologies.Actively uses LLM and AI tools in daily work or personal workflows with practical depth and frequency.Experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, and modern AI application architectures.Able to interpret technical documentation, configure systems, test APIs, troubleshoot integration issues, validate AI workflows, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environment.Passionate about learning new technologies and delivering successful customer outcomes.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in SaaS, AI, contact center, enterprise software delivery, solution engineering, technology consulting, or implementation consulting Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Huawei Cloud Experience with telephony, contact center, or CCaaS ecosystems, such as Genesys, Cisco, Amazon Connect, SIP-related integrations, or CCaaS-related integrations.
