If you agree, then we’d love to hear from you.Job SummaryThe Sales Support Executive plays a key role in enabling Sales Support Managers, Sales Reps, and Agents by delivering timely data and operational support to drive revenue across commercial regions.ResponsibilitiesManage the Sales Support inbox daily by handling queries, help requests, and report requests to ensure prompt resolutionBuild, produce, and disseminate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to support commercial operations and drive revenue growthProactively manage customer enquiries to achieve timely and satisfactory outcomesAdminister and optimise digital systems including BMIS, ISIS, Salesforce, and related Taylor & Francis systems to enhance operational efficiencyLiaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Hachette and Credit Control to ensure smooth commercial operationsCollaborate with Sales Support Coordinators and internal teams to maintain continuity and efficiency in sales support tasksCreate and maintain detailed training guides and work instructions to support task continuity and onboarding of new team membersReport to the Head of Sales APAC and Sales Operations Manager on business environment updates, escalating workload or supplier issues as neededPrioritise tasks aligned with business needs while fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team cultureEncourage team innovation by using insights to improve processes and reflect on outcomes for continuous learningFacilitate the smooth running of external events and book fairs at regional locations through effective coordination and supportPerform other duties as assigned by the Sales Operations ManagerPreferred competencies and qualificationsExperience in publishing or sales support environmentsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Taylor & Francis specific systems such as BMIS, ISIS, Salesforce, and BazingaUnderstanding of publishing industry roles and awareness of overseas markets and cultural differencesKnowledge of system administration and process optimisation to improve operational workflowsCommercial awareness and market understanding relevant to the publishing sectorAwareness of industry trends and best practices
