Working closely with regional Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams, you will identify growth opportunities, improve partner productivity, launch strategic initiatives, and build scalable frameworks that accelerate partner-driven revenue growth. This role combines commercial ownership, program execution, analytics, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and has a proven ability to turn business opportunities into measurable growth outcomes.
What You'll Do Partner Growth & Business Performance
Own initiatives that drive growth and performance across Payoneer's global partner ecosystem. Partner with regional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, partner activation, and business expansion. Develop and execute growth strategies that increase partner contribution across key markets. Identify underperforming areas and drive action plans to improve results. Continuously evaluate market opportunities, partner segments, and growth levers to accelerate business performance.
Partner Activation & Productivity
Improve partner activation, engagement, and long-term productivity. Develop scalable frameworks and best practices that help partners generate greater business impact. Identify barriers to partner success and work with cross-functional teams to remove them. Support the rollout of incentives, enablement initiatives, and engagement programs that drive partner performance. Scale successful regional initiatives across markets where relevant.
Program Execution & Operational Excellence
Drive execution of global partner initiatives across regions. Establish operating rhythms, business reviews, and accountability mechanisms to improve program performance. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. Ensure consistency in execution while supporting regional growth priorities. Build scalable processes and playbooks that support long-term growth.
Analytics & Business Insights
Monitor partner performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance. Analyze partner activation, engagement, retention, and revenue contribution metrics. Translate data into actionable recommendations and growth initiatives. Support business forecasting and strategic planning through performance insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with regional stakeholders to align partnership initiatives with business objectives. Act as a central point of coordination across global teams. Influence priorities and drive execution without direct authority. Share best practices and growth opportunities across markets. Serve as an advocate for Payoneer's partner ecosystem internally.
Success Metrics
Growth in partner-sourced revenue. Increase in active and productive partners. Improvement in partner activation and engagement rates. Adoption and success of growth initiatives across regions. Scalability and consistency of partner growth programs. Quality of business insights, reporting, and performance visibility.
Who You Are
4–8 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Ecosystem Growth, Program Management, Revenue Operations, Channel Sales, or related roles. Demonstrated success driving measurable business growth through partnerships and ecosystem programs. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive decision-making. Experience working across multiple teams and regions in a global environment. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority. Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with partner, platform, affiliate, channel, ecosystem, or indirect growth models. Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, marketplaces, or technology businesses. Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. Experience building scalable partner growth programs, performance frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives.
