Job SummaryThis role supports global pricing administration, costing, and billing execution across Sales, Factories, and Business Units. You will ensure accurate and timely billing through SAP, provide pricing and cost insights to support profitable decisions, and drive continuous improvement in pricing administration processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide daily pricing administration support to global Sales, Billing, and Business Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing executionCoordinate with factories to administer test billing and resolve related issues efficientlyGuide global Sales teams on quoting, billing, and resolving missing price issues to maintain pricing accuracyTroubleshoot pricing and billing discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Factory, IT, and Business Units to ensure resolutionAnalyze internal pricing and billing administration processes to identify gaps and implement efficiency improvementsRespond promptly to pricing requests by conducting price benchmarking and preparing cost estimates to support decision-makingDevelop cost models to support pricing decisions and provide manufacturing readiness inputs to Business Units, Engineering, and FactoriesSupport internal cross-functional discussions and critical product costing reviews to align pricing strategiesPerform ad hoc revenue-related analyses to support management and business units in data-driven decision-makingPartner with Business Units, Factories, and Sales to ensure an integrated, profit-maximizing approach to pricing and executionPreferred competencies and qualificationsBS degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industryPrior OSAT experience with exposure to assembly and/or test processesStrong working knowledge of SAP pricing and billing processesStrong IT aptitude with the ability to work across multiple systems and data sourcesAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data setsStrategic thinking skills with the ability to translate technical requirements/issues into business context and vice versaExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teamsInterested applicants, please kindly email your update resume to [email protected].
