You will drive digital transformation, manage cross-functional engineering teams, and deliver scalable, secure, compliant technology platforms.The role requires extensive experience inGenerative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, AI Governance, Cloud Architecture, Big Data, Enterprise Data Engineering, Product Management, and Software Delivery within large-scale enterprise environments.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide software engineering and application development initiatives to deliver scalable solutionsManage multiple Agile delivery teams including software engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure timely project deliveryDrive strategy, roadmap, implementation, and industrialization of enterprise AI platforms to enhance business capabilitiesLead development and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions to innovate enterprise applicationsDefine and implement AI Governance, Responsible AI, security, compliance, and data governance frameworks to ensure ethical and secure AI useDesign and implement enterprise cloud architecture using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support scalable infrastructureOversee enterprise Big Data and Data Engineering platforms supporting mission-critical business applications for data-driven decision makingDrive end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement to maintain high-quality software deliveryLead cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiencyManage product lifecycle from ideation and Proof of Concept (POC) through production rollout and value realization to maximize business impactCollaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goalsManage vendors, project budgets, delivery schedules, and technology risks to ensure successful project executionDrive Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices to optimize development processesCoach, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams to build technical capabilities and foster growthRequired competencies and certificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum 18–20 years of progressive experience in enterprise software engineering, application development, cloud technologies, or digital transformationMinimum 8 years of leadership experience managing large engineering teamsProven experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programmesStrong experience delivering enterprise AI platforms and cloud-native applicationsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
