Growth & Marketing Lead - Remote Working

We're looking for a hands-on growth leader who pairs sharp storytelling with a strong experimental mindset. You know how to identify a promising audience, find the message that lands, and track data all the way from first contact through to lasting engagement.You'll own consumer growth end-to-end: how people discover the company, experience its value, build a habit around it, and bring others in. The core challenge is making acquisition and the product reinforce each other as we learn what actually works.Responsibilities:Positioning and acquisition: testing audiences, messaging, content, community, partnerships, and paid channels — directing investment toward what the evidence supports.Activation, retention, and referrals: partnering with the product team to understand where users find value, where they drop off, and what brings them back.Growth economics and learning: tracking acquisition costs and cohort behavior, running disciplined experiments, and converting what works into repeatable growth playbooks.Candidates should bring hands-on consumer growth experience with examples of sustained results — what you tried, what didn't work, how you measured it, and why the results held up over time.
