Key Responsibilities :- Understanding of business operations Ability to identify business requirement and challenges through data analysis. Improve corporate action process through GenAI. Streamline corporate action processes through system enhancements to achieve optimum productivity and process efficiency using Marco, VBA program. Analyze and interpret corporate action data, including event terms and conditions and payment process.Adhere to processing KPIs, Service Levels and compliant with internal controls and various legislation, regulations and bank policiesIn-depth understanding of product parameters, policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements on domestic and global market operations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsIdentify and mitigate operational risks associated with corporate actions processing. Carry out management reporting and any other assignments as given by Department Head and Division ManagementRequirements:Bachelor Degree or Diploma with 6 years in a banking operations environment, preferably in securities operations. Experience in driving initiatives and change implementationsGood communication skillsGood knowledge of MAS and SGX processingKnowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
