IT Business Analyst (Banking Industry)

Notes 3 months contract only (Temporary Replacement for Maternity Leave) Can join 13th of July 2026 Jobdesc: Requirement Engineering: Elicit, perform deep analysis, and document comprehensive Business and Technical Requirements for banking applications and systems. Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical bridge and point of contact between internal project stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment on deliverables. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing banking workflows, identify bottlenecks, and leverage excellent problem-solving skills to recommend effective process improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product, and Business Units) to ensure smooth project execution. Strategic Communication: Translate and effectively communicate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and business leaders. Multitasking & Delivery: Simultaneously manage multiple analytical tasks and project streams within a fast-paced financial ecosystem.
Requirements: Strong Communication, Analytical Skills, Multi Tasking and knowledge of Information Technology and Banking. Previous experience in Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst in the financial industry especially Bank. Ability to gather, perform analysis and create Business Technical Requirements include technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to identify potential areas for process improvement. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus At minimum 2 years experience in related field.
