PRIMARY OBJECTIVETo provide executive search, selection and talent management solutions for organisations needing to recruit senior executive roles either as functional heads, senior market and technical specialists or overall general management. Key to this is the need to originate new business and to cultivate existing client and candidate relationships leading to the delivery of significant individual recruitment fees at or above the targets set for you.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESThe key responsibility is to generate business development and corporate client acquisition within the practice.Other responsibilities include:Responsibility for the development of all business activitiesLeverage your network across other functions within our partner/Group brandsDevelop a network of local business contacts among C-level professionalsIdentify and optimize new business opportunities, win new clients and tendersOffer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clientsManage the executive search project from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of the candidate in the new organizationRepresent the company and the brand at conferences and networking eventsAs a member of the Global Page Executive practice community, you will – share and gain experiences from other practice responsible consultantsDrive global business initiatives and take an active part in regular meetings with other expertsUnderstand the leadership and organizational issues faced by C-level professionals and are adept at building peer-to-peer relationships with these leaders, acting as a trusted advisorDeliver significant levels of value and service for clients and building solid employee engagementSupport the further development of PageGroup in accordance with the Group strategySKILLS AND EXPERIENCEAt least 12 years of business experience executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experienceDemonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)Acknowledged experts in their industry, function or specialist areas with demonstrable sales, account management and delivery expertiseProven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumenOutstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitudeStrong relationship building, consultative and influencing skillsMust have client management experience with strong credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative serviceDemonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverablesProven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and result-orientedAbility and desire to stay abreast of market trends, business intelligence, and competitive information.University degree or equivalentATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOURSAs your role within Page Group includes operating as part of a team, you are expected to work as a team member, showing spirit of inspirational leadership, talent development, collaborating & networking, commerciality & strategy as well as a catalyst in driving change.ContactJunie Lim (Lic No: R1770586/ EA no:18S9099)Phone number+65 6416 9864Michael Page International Pte Ltd | Registration No. 199804751N
