Join a growing team driving AI adoption and process innovation across multiple business functions.Salary & Benefits💰 Up to $9,000 per month (commensurate with experience)📍 Central Singapore🗓️ Monday to Friday📈 Exposure to AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, SAP Integration, and Process Improvement ProjectsKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis & TransformationEngage stakeholders to understand existing workflows, operational challenges, and business objectivesDocument current-state and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automationAnalyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and user storiesFacilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with business usersAI & Automation InitiativesIdentify opportunities for AI enablement, automation, digitalisation, and system integrationAssess processes for suitability across automation, AI assistance, ERP integration, or manual operationsRecommend solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and user experienceSupport implementation of AI and automation tools across business functionsStakeholder & Project ManagementAct as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teamsEnsure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutionsSupport testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activitiesGather user feedback and drive solution adoption across departmentsDocumentation & Continuous ImprovementMaintain process documentation, requirements, workflows, and project artefactsContribute to reusable automation frameworks, templates, and best practicesSupport continuous improvement initiatives through process reviews and optimisation effortsRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplinesMin 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, ERP, or IT-related rolesStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes, systems integration, and data flowsExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements into functional and system specificationsAnalytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindsetComfortable working in a regional, multi-country environment and collaborating with offshore teamsPreferred ExperienceExposure to AI, Automation, RPA, or Digital Transformation projectsFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)Knowledge of SAP processes such as FI, CO, MM, or SDExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics toolsBusiness Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) will be advantageousUnderstanding of governance, security, data privacy, and AI adoption frameworksIf you enjoy solving business problems, driving AI adoption, and working at the intersection of business and technology, we'd love to hear from you.Send your resume in MS Word format to: [email protected] include your availability, notice period, and expected salary.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Vanessa Chua Peng Teng (R25158315)HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd - CREW by HrnetE.A. 24C2435
