Senior Product Manager, APAC (HRMS, AI-Native)We're partnering with a leading global HR technology provider to hire an AI-Native Senior Product Manager who will drive the strategy, development, and growth of innovative HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management solutions across APAC.This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who combines strong product management fundamentals with hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product discovery, requirements analysis, decision-making, and delivery.What You'll DoProduct Strategy & DiscoveryIdentify market opportunities across HR Tech, Payroll, Workforce Management, EOR, and AI solutions.Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.Gather insights from customers and internal stakeholders to define product priorities and roadmaps.Develop business cases and recommendations backed by data and market trends.Product DevelopmentCreate and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Prioritise product enhancements and maintain the product backlog.Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Support UAT, product launches, and ongoing optimisation initiatives.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Customer Success, Payroll Operations, Sales, Presales, and Technology teams.Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and product delivery.What We're Looking For5+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, HR Tech, Payroll, ERP, FinTech, or enterprise softwareProven experience defining product requirements, writing PRDs, and working in Agile environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with HRMS, Payroll, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Leave, Claims, Rostering, or EOR platformsUnderstanding of APAC HR and payroll processesFamiliarity with AI technologies including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, and workflow automationTechnical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SaaS platformsExperience working across regional or global marketsWhy Join?Shape next-generation HR and payroll technology productsDrive AI-powered innovation at scaleWork with diverse regional stakeholders across multiple marketsInfluence product strategy and business outcomes in a high-growth environmentRaymond Ler (R1876114)JAC Recruitment Pte.
