GENERAL DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a passionate Tableau Developer to join our Tableau dashboard team in Asia. KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITIONFunctional / TechnicalDesign, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needsManage the Tableau platform day-to-day operations and design impactful dashboardsProvide support to BI users, addressing technical issues and offering guidanceDeliver training sessions, workshops, and self-service resources to upskill users at varying proficiency levelsSKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITIONProfessional and TechnicalBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related disciplineProficiency in Tableau Desktop, Prep and Site AdministrationSQL knowledge for querying data sourcesWork with agile development methodology, adhering to best practice Experience in working with Tableau and SQL is a must.Tableau Desktop certification and Tableau Public profile is a plus Experience with Tableau APIs is a plusExperience with programming languages (Python, JS, PowerShell) is a plus.Experience with Power BI is a plusSolid understanding of data modeling, data visualization principles, and best practicesExperience in delivering user trainings, creating self-services guides, and conducting workshops for diverse audiencesAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Personal and SocialExceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiples tasks and prioritize effectivelyProactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to solving problems and driving adoptionPassion for enabling a data-driven culture and empowering users thought analyticsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solution
