Senior Data Analyst

Company SummaryA global leader in highly engineered precision power conversion, measurement, and control solutions for mission-critical applications, serving the semiconductor equipment, data center computing, industrial, medical, and telecommunications markets worldwide.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer complaints, RMAs, failure analysis reports, and field reliability data to identify trends, recurring issues, and emerging risks.Monitor and report key quality/reliability metrics (PPM, DTF, warranty performance, field returns, failure modes) and support root cause investigations with analytical insight.Consolidate and analyze data across quality systems, manufacturing databases, corrective-action systems, and enterprise tools; build automated dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for leadership.Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews covering customer, product, supplier, and reliability performance.Analyze quality performance by customer, product family, supplier, site, and business unit; quantify financial impact (warranty, replacement, scrap, COPQ) and support customer-facing quality reviews.Support 8D, CAR, CAPA, and RCCA activities through fact-based analysis, track corrective-action effectiveness, and identify systemic improvement opportunities.Drive standardization of quality metrics, reporting methodologies, and data governance across business units.Partner cross-functionally with Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Reliability, and Operations; present findings and recommendations to management and executive leadership.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, customer quality, product quality, reliability engineering, or manufacturing analytics.Experience applying statistical methods to identify trends, risks, and root causes.Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets across multiple enterprise systems, and supporting executive-level reporting and business reviews.Strong understanding of manufacturing, product quality, and reliability environments.Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.Strong experience building dashboards and executive presentations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Working knowledge of quality methodologies (8D, RCA, CAR, CAPA, Failure Analysis) and quality/reliability metrics (PPM/DPPM, DTF, Yield, Warranty Performance, COPQ).If you're interested in the above role, click on the 'apply' function now!
