Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in turning business requirements into effective data-driven solutions and delivering initiatives that create tangible business impact.This position provides an exciting opportunity to manage projects across Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and AI, working closely with business and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle — from initial planning and development to implementation and post-launch adoption.What You’ll Be Responsible ForManage end-to-end data and analytics projects, covering requirements gathering, project planning, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch monitoring.Establish project scope, objectives, success criteria, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and Gantt charts, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall project progress.Convert business needs and requirements into clear, practical specifications for data, IT, analytics, and technology teams.Collaborate with stakeholders across business, data, IT, and data governance functions to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.Work alongside analysts and project teams to prepare project updates, monitor progress, address issues, and facilitate user adoption after implementation.Coordinate and manage external vendors, including deliverables, project timelines, contracts, and performance.Support the implementation of data, BI, analytics, and AI initiatives that improve decision-making and deliver meaningful business outcomes.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.3–4 years of relevant experience in managing data, analytics, BI, technology, or digital transformation projects.Proven ability to manage projects across the complete delivery lifecycle while coordinating multiple stakeholders.Good understanding of data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.Strong analytical, organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Strong integrity and discretion when handling confidential and personally identifiable information.Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.Ready to Make an Impact Through Data?If you enjoy managing complex projects, bridging business and technology requirements, and turning data and analytics initiatives into practical solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your project management career in a data-driven environment.Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV to [email protected] Leong De CongR1551708Recruit Express Pte LtdEA License No. 99C4599
