Cashier / Front Desk ExecutiveRole OverviewAs a Cashier / Front Desk Executive, you are the control centre of the outlet. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every customer has a smooth and seamless experience from arrival to departure while maintaining complete accuracy in appointments, payments, package balances, and therapist scheduling.This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and the discipline to remain calm and focused even during peak operating hours. A single appointment error can affect multiple customers, therapists, and the outlet's operations.
