Key AccountabilitiesThis team sits at the intersection of fundamental investment approach and quantitative rigour and discipline, reporting to the Global Chief Investment Officer. We scale the business by optimizing the various aspects of the investment, risk management, performance analytics and portfolio construction lifecycle alongside best-in-class management information. The aim is to improve business outcomes and scale the business from a top-of-the-house perspective.We are seeking a technically rigorous, investment-literate analytics professional who sits at the intersection of quantitative engineering and portfolio insight. This is a powerful hybrid role that requires both a quant strategist and an analytics product manager mindset. This person will also be expected to translate analytical output into actionable advice for the CIO and the portfolio managers. Asset classes covered are Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-assets and Quant. As scalability across the business is critical, this role will also lead the test-bedding and subsequently drive the integration of agentic workflows across the investment office.1. Analytics PlatformOwn the design, development, and production deployment of investment analytics, managing version control, release cycles, and iterative improvements in a structured engineering environment. Act as a product owner for these capabilities by gathering requirements, defining roadmaps, prioritising features, and managing stakeholder expectations across investment and engineering teams. 2. Quantitative FrameworksIdentify, prototype and productionise new analytical approaches across descriptive and predictive applications to complement decision-making. Increase speed-to-insight and action by integrating agentic workflows with the goal of semi-autonomous digital colleagues. Develop and maintain production-grade code, with a strong emphasis on code quality, reproducibility, documentation, and maintainability. 3. Investment DisciplineDraw meaningful insights from the analytics you build, engaging investment teams as a credible intellectual partner who can challenge and improve portfolio construction thinking. The aggregated top-of-the-house view will also provide critical management intelligence to the CIO for steering the overall investment business.Qualification and Skill Requirements7-10 years of relevant experience in an analytics or technology role embedded directly within Equities or Fixed Income investment teams.Proficient in SQL, R / Python and front-end frameworks such as Shiny, Dash, Quarto.Well-versed in how alpha is generated for Equities and Fixed Income.Familiar with engineering practices - version control, CI/CD, unit testing, API integration.Familiar with both linear and non-linear signal modelling, backtesting techniques.Differentiating skills: Azure ecosystem, Databricks, Multi-agent systems and orchestration
