Business Data Analyst

We are hiring  DataAnalyst to support business operations using AI tools. This role tracksinvestments, services portfolios, follows market trends, and monitors businessproduction output. Suited for someone entry-level who is comfortable with dataand wants to use AI tools in day-to-day work.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack investment performance and flag major changes or risks.Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to analyze data, summarize reports, and speed up research.Service and maintain client/business portfolios, keeping records accurate and up to date.Monitor market trends and prepare simple summaries highlighting key changes.Track business production numbers (output, sales, or volume metrics) and report on progress against targets.Build simple trackers or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets) for portfolios, market data, and production figures.Support the team with day-to-day data requests and reporting.Minimum requirements·      Local Diploma or degree  in Business or related field·      Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivottables, charts). ·      Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT orClaude for analysis and summarizing. ·      Clear written communication, able to explaindata simply. ·      Detail-oriented and organized. ·      Able to work independently
