More details are below.JOB TYPE12 Months ContractROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.You will evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and business solutions. Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support decision-making.You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Business Model Strategy is suggested.Develop detailed documentation to clearly communicate business requirements and process improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Contribute to the evaluation and selection of tools and methodologies that enhance business analysis effectiveness.Analyze trends and patterns to recommend innovative approaches that improve organizational processes.REQUIREMENTS2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong proficiency in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement.Ability to perform As-Is and To-Be analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment.Proficiency in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), use cases, and functional specifications.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver business solutions.WHAT'S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent salary and be entitled to attractive company benefits.
