IT Project Manager (Payments Systems) - Agency Contract

About the client:Our client is a reputable bank seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to lead and deliver domestic payment system projects. The role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of payment and clearing solutions that support local clearing networks and partner bank connectivity across Asia.Responsibilities:Manage project and vendor delivery, covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, and quality.Responsible for End to end implementation in payment systems such as PayNow, FAST, Cheque Clearing, RTGS.Develop and maintain project plans and detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans for delays or quality issues.Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and utilization.Ensure compliance with bank governance, reporting, architecture, cybersecurity, and headquarters review processes.Evaluate and manage change requests impacting scope, timeline, resources, and cost.Coordinate effective communication among stakeholders.Facilitate smooth handover of completed solutions to production support teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with 10 years of IT Project Management experience in Banking Industry.Experience in End to end implementation in payment systems such as PayNow, FAST, Cheque Clearing, RTGS.Strong experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, and Payment Systems.Good technical and functional knowledge of domestic clearing and payment systems.PMP or other Project Management certifications.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contactedEA License No. 01C4394EA Personnel Reg.No. R1104824 (Samsudeen Mohamed Basith)This is in partnership with Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
