If you have a passion for the industry and are driven by the desire to create Service Excellence Culture, Pan Pacific Hotels Group is able to offer you great opportunities as we continue to strengthen our global footprint.Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Director, Revenue Performance.Job ResponsibilitiesThe primary role of the Director, Revenue Performance is to direct all Revenue Performance strategies and activities and optimize all revenue streams firstly for the defined area as a whole and secondly for each property in the area individually within guidance, structure and operating guidelines of Pan Pacific Hotels Group.Akey responsibility of this role is to guide hotels in optimizing the business mix, distribution channels, pricing and products to achieve the budgeted revenue targets and to provide review and direction as required.This role also leads the pre-opening and rebranding sales & marketing planning activities on behalf of the Marketing and Sales team.Primary ResponsibilitiesHotel Revenue Performance ReviewsIdentify hotel strategic objectives & opportunities with General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing and Directors of Revenue Management.Review representation of information across all electronic channels to follow best practices.Review inventory and price control practices.Review effectiveness of reservation team in terms of revenue generation and customer servicing.Review of compliance with data quality and data input standards across the systems.Review forecasting process and revenue management reports.Test systems competency levels across reservations, front office and revenue management.Provide summary assessment and list remedial and follow up actions required – to GM, DOSM and RM.Consolidate and roll up the follow up items into the monthly hotel review cycle.Provides input to the hotel performance review process at corporate level.Review calls with Directors/Managers Revenue Performance and Sales & MarketingFor analysis of revenue performance and follow up action plans.Identification, implementation & review of revenue strategies with hotel DOSM/RM.For follow up on action plan identified during Hotel Reviews.To communicate corporate updates and provide training on new programs and tools.Updateand share relevant market and competitor news.Provideeducation and training to Front Office, Reservation and Sales in Revenue andDistribution areas.Identification& development of hotel revenue / reservation managers.Review and improve on Reservation and Revenue related work flows. Development and enculturation of tools – for efficiency, organization, evaluation, reporting etc. Planning and OrganisingMaintain annual oversight of the overall price strategy and structure of the hotels to ensure that it is in line with the strategic objectives set out in the budgets.Analyse hotel rooms’ revenue forward forecasts for accuracy and variances.Provide remedial and business planning input to all hotels.Hotel Pre-openingsLead the creation of all new hotel pre-opening sales and marketing plans.Coordinate with all sub sections within Marketing and Sales team to ensure timely execution of all planned activities and tasks.Review and approve all rate grids, promotion plans and tactical offers.Lead revenue management structure setup at the property.Human Capital DevelopmentEnsure education of Revenue Performance, (revenue management and distribution competencies and learning) is instilled into the framework of the organization.Develop and implement revenue performance structure to strengthen personal development opportunitiesThe PersonRevenue Management leadership experience for international hotel chainMinimum 5 years in leadership capacityPossess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management or StatisticsDriven for results and understands how to materialise ideas into actionsGood leadership, able to build and coach teamsUnderstanding strategies and trendsAble to build effective relationshipsExcellent presentation, analytical and strategic planning skillsFamiliar with Revenue Management System, Business Intelligence, Opera SystemsPan Pacific Hotels Group is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities, including individuals with disabilities.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
