Responsibilities: Drive strategic partnership with clients by aligning delivery to business goals and shaping executive narratives that impact ROI Lead account planning and financial performance, while unlocking upsell and cross-sell opportunities for sustainable growth Act as key escalation point, resolving critical issues and translating complex decisions into clear recommendations for leadership Ensure effective cross-service operations and proactively mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges Lead and develop account teams, building accountability and preparing future leaders through coaching and succession planning Manage multi-region client relationships to ensure strategic alignment and long-term partnership stability

Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management or client services within an agency or integrated marketing environment. Strategic & commercial mindset with strong business acumen  Excellent client partnership and stakeholder management skills  Proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities  Strong execution in project management, planning, and risk mitigation  Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making  Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented in dynamic environments
