You will partner with cross-functionalstakeholders to improve planning processes through data integration,application development, and continuous improvement—helping the organizationoperate more efficiently while advancing innovation and business impact.In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:·       Design, build, and deploy digital, automation,and AI solutions to improve business processes across APAC.·       Develop and manage data pipelines, ETLprocesses, and integration workflows using SQL-based technologies and toolssuch as SSIS or equivalent platforms to support data integration and reporting.·       Design and develop web applications usingtechnologies such as JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, or Python.·       Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps,Power Automate, and Power BI (or similar tools).·       Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhanceapplications and data solutions to ensure performance, reliability, andscalability.·       Lead or contribute to end-to-end AIinitiatives, including use case identification, data analysis, modeldevelopment, validation, and deployment.·       Partner with stakeholders to gatherrequirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensuresuccessful project delivery.·       Support project planning and execution,including coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication ontimelines, risks, and outcomes.·       Drive continuous improvement initiativesaligned with organizational goals and innovation priorities.·       Ensure compliance with data, digital, and AIgovernance, security, and organizational standards.·       Support additional responsibilities as neededto meet evolving business requirements.Who You Are:You are confident underpressure. You focus efforts on continuousimprovement; and have a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities forsynergy and integration.For This Role, You Will Need:·       Degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.·       1-3 years of relevant experience but freshgraduates are welcome to apply.·       Strong knowledge of T-SQL, Oracle SQL /PL-SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.·       Experience developing and managing dataintegration workflows using ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS) or similar platforms.·       Experience in machine learning, predictiveanalytics, and model deployment using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) and/orPython.·       Experience in web application development,with working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#.·       Effective communication and collaborationskills, with experience working across functions and stakeholders.·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in adynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·       Experience delivering presentations, trainingsessions, with the ability to engage different audiences.Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart:·       Experience with Microsoft Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).·       Familiarity with enterprise systems such asOracle (e.g. Oracle R12). ·       Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML platforms suchas Azure Machine Learning and model lifecycle management.·       Experience in operations, supply chain, orplanning-related environments.Please submit your applicationon or before 29 September 2026.Our Culture &Commitment to YouAt Emerson, weprioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empoweredto grow.
