You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality solutions while utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance code quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern development frameworks.Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.Deliver clean, maintainable, and high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.Collaborate with project teams, architects, designers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps automation initiatives.Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into applications and development workflows.Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI tools, and software engineering best practices.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of software development experience (8+ years for senior-level candidates).Strong experience developing scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications.Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as ReactJS.Strong backend development experience using Node.js or Java.Experience working with AI coding assistants such as:GitHub CopilotCursorSimilar AI-assisted development toolsUnderstanding of prompt engineering concepts and effective AI-assisted development workflows.Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.Experience validating AI-generated code while maintaining security, quality, and maintainability.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within agile teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to engineering excellence.Preferred SkillsCandidates with experience in one or more of the following will have an advantage:Solution ArchitectureAI/ML platforms and frameworksCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)DevOps and CI/CDContainer technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Native Mobile Development (iOS or Android)Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter or React Native)What's on OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge digital transformation projects.Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering practices.Collaborative and innovative engineering culture.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.International project exposure.Internal innovation and R&D initiatives.Knowledge-sharing culture.Flexible career progression based on technical expertise and leadership potential.Interested candidates may apply directly with an updatedresume.
