AI Engineer, Supply Chain Data Analysis

Job Scope:Develop AI and machine learning models for supply chain and logistics data analysis, forecasting, and decision support.Design and implement data pipelines, feature engineering, and predictive analytics models to improve supply chain performance.Develop optimization algorithms for logistics planning, routing, fleet management, inventory optimization, and resource allocation.Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and cloud-based data platforms.Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments, and continuously improve AI models based on operational data.Collaborate with domain experts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into AI-driven solutions.Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations, and contribute to scientific publications where applicable.Stay up to date with the latest advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and supply chain analytics technologies.RequirementsDegree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience using analytics and machine learning libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.Experience developing predictive analytics, forecasting models, or machine learning applications.Understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, or distribution.Experience using visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Plotly, Streamlit, or equivalent platforms.Familiarity with business systems such as SAP, Oracle, MRP, or similar enterprise solutions.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment."Interested applicants, please email your resume to [email protected] for the role."We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.By sending us your personal data and CV, you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data for account creation in GO and the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy https://www.persolsingapore.com/policies.
