About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven AI Infra Growth Marketing Manager to lead global growth initiatives for our AI cloud and Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform.This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, developer growth, brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across global markets, with a strong focus on the U.S. AI ecosystem. You will work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to position our AI infrastructure offerings—including model APIs, GPU cloud, training, fine-tuning, and inference services—for developers, startups, and enterprise customers worldwide.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute global growth strategies for our AI cloud platform and MaaS products.Drive developer acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention through a combination of performance marketing, content marketing, community engagement, and partnership programs.Research and analyze leading AI infrastructure platforms such as Together AI, Fireworks AI, DeepInfra, OpenRouter, Replicate, Modal, and similar providers to identify effective growth, pricing, positioning, and developer engagement strategies.Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for GPU cloud, model training, fine-tuning, inference APIs, and MaaS offerings.Manage and optimize growth channels including Google Ads, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Hacker News, developer communities, newsletters, and other relevant platforms.Create and oversee landing pages, growth campaigns, developer-focused content, and conversion funnels.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve user onboarding and conversion across key business metrics, including registrations, account funding, API usage, GPU rentals, model training, and fine-tuning adoption.Track growth performance, marketing ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and other key KPIs to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.Requirements3+ years of experience in growth marketing, developer marketing, product marketing, or demand generation within AI Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, MaaS, Developer Tools, API Platforms, or SaaS.Proven experience driving growth in international markets, particularly the U.S. technology ecosystem.Strong understanding of developer-focused marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, and growth funnels.Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition budgets and optimizing campaigns based on conversion and ROI metrics.Familiarity with AI infrastructure platforms such as Together AI, Fireworks AI, DeepInfra, OpenRouter, Replicate, Modal, or similar products.Solid understanding of LLM training, fine-tuning, inference APIs, GPU cloud services, token-based pricing models, developer billing systems, and enterprise AI deployment workflows.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to independently create landing pages, ad copy, product marketing materials, technical marketing content, and developer-focused messaging.Highly execution-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred QualificationsExisting network within U.S. AI developer communities, open-source ecosystems, influencers, media outlets, or industry partners.Experience marketing AI API platforms, AI agent products, model hosting platforms, API marketplaces, or developer infrastructure products.Proven track record of building international growth engines and paid acquisition systems from 0 to 1.Strong interest in large language models, AI agents, inference acceleration, GPU cloud infrastructure, and enterprise AI applications.Why Join UsYou will play a key role in shaping the global growth strategy of a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company.
