AI/ML Model Risk & Governance Analyst (Compliance) l 12-month contract

ResponsibilitiesSupport model risk governance and compliance for ML and Generative AI (GenAI) models.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, banking policies, and model validation standards.Maintain model inventory, governance documentation, and model risk records.Prepare compliance reports and presentations for stakeholders, auditors, and senior management.Coordinate remediation activities arising from audits, reviews, and regulatory findings.Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Model Risk teams throughout the model lifecycle, from development to retirement.Support responsible, auditable, and compliant AI adoption across the organization.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Model Risk Management, Model Validation, Risk Governance, or Compliance within the banking industry.Understanding of ML and GenAI models and their governance requirements.Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit processes.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
