Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly accomplished, strategic Lead Business Intelligence Architect & Analytics Consultant with over 15 years of experience to spearhead our enterprise data delivery and dashboard strategies. In this senior role, you will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and executive decision-making. You will be responsible for translating high-level business requirements into scalable, multi-dimensional analytical solutions while ensuring optimal system performance across global environments.Key Responsibilities1. BI Architecture, Data Modelling & Performance TuningDesign Scalable Architecture: Architect and deploy robust, enterprise-grade data models utilizing advanced Star Schema and Snowflake Schema frameworks.Resolve Model Complexities: Manage complex data relationships, optimize table joins, and systematically eliminate performance bottlenecks like synthetic keys and circular references.System Optimization: Conduct comprehensive performance tuning of dashboards and underlying queries to guarantee a seamless, low-latency user experience for global stakeholders.Enterprise Report Automation: Design, build, and distribute highly formatted executive reports (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) using automated reporting engines like NPrinting Designer.2. Business Engagement & Strategic InsightsStakeholder Consultation: Interact directly with business users, product owners, and executives to extract core business questions and map out functional requirements.Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate raw, complex datasets into multi-dimensional dashboards that provide immediate strategic and operational visibility.Global Project Delivery: Drive international and on-site projects, bringing a deep, domain-specific understanding of regulatory and operational landscapes in the Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare sectors.Methodology Agility: Lead and adapt fluidly across both structured Waterfall frameworks and fast-paced Agile sprint cycles to meet evolving business needs.3. Platform Administration & Database EngineeringEnvironment Governance: Administer platform management tools (e.g., Qlik Management Console) to supervise application deployment, schedule reload tasks, and enforce data governance policies.Access Control: Establish and maintain robust security and access control protocols to protect sensitive financial and healthcare data.Advanced Querying: Write, debug, and optimize complex data extraction queries across massive enterprise data warehouses, including MS SQL Server, Teradata, and Oracle.Technical RequirementsBusiness Intelligence PlatformsPrimary Mastery: Advanced development and architecture in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting.Secondary Ecosystems: Strong proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for cross-platform data visualization.Administration: Hands-on expertise in QMC (Qlik Management Console) for deployment governance.Database & Data EngineeringRelational Databases: Deep expertise in MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata.Data Architecture: Expert-level command of ETL processes, data warehousing principles, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).QualificationsExperience: 15+ years of dedicated experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and reporting.Global Exposure: 7+ years of international, on-site project experience (ideally including high-compliance environments like the Singapore financial sector).Domain Expertise: Proven track record delivering forecasting models, demand analysis, or operational pipelines within Banking, Insurance, Utilities (e.g., Water/Energy), or Healthcare.
