Business Analyst - Agentic AI

About the RoleWe are seeking a highlyexperienced Business/System Analyst with strong domain expertise in CoreBanking and emerging Agentic AI / Generative AI technologies.This role will work closelywith business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and leadership todrive next-generation AI-enabled banking solutions leveraging LLMs, RAGframeworks, Agentic AI patterns, and modern AI orchestration technologies.The ideal candidate combines:·       Strongbanking domain expertise ·       Solutionarchitecture thinking ·       Hands-onGenAI understanding ·       Abilityto bridge business and technology teams This is a strategic andhands-on role focused on transforming banking processes using modern AItechnologies.Key Responsibilities·       Analyseand understand core banking systems, business processes, and enterprisearchitecture. ·       Identifyopportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities across bankingoperations and customer journeys. ·       Gatherrequirements, perform solution analysis, and drive implementation activities. ·       Designscalable AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.·       Evaluateand integrate LLM platforms such as OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc. ·       Collaboratewith engineering teams on Agentic AI workflows, LangChain/LangGraph solutions,and MCP-based architectures. ·       Translatecomplex business requirements into functional and technical solutions. ·       Workindependently with stakeholders across business and technology teams. Required Experience &Skills·       Strongexperience in Banking / Financial Services with exposure to Core Bankingplatforms. ·       Provenexperience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Solution Analyst. ·       Good understanding of: Generative AI / Agentic AI , LLM architecture , Prompt engineering , RAG frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP) .Hands-on exposure to: LangChain, LangGraph , Python, AI workflows / orchestration , OpenAI, Gemini, LLaMA, DeepSeek, etc. ·       Experience designing scalable enterprise AI solutions. ·       Exposure to OpenShift / Kubernetes is advantageous. Soft Skills·       Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills. ·       Excellentanalytical and problem-solving abilities. ·       Self-driven,proactive, and capable of working independently. ·       Strongcollaboration and leadership capabilities.
