About the Job As the (Senior) Associate, Data Operations & Reporting, you will be embedded within the MoneyMax business unit and serve as direct data support to the Business Analytics (BA) function. You will build, maintain, and continuously improve data trackers and reporting tools — translating raw data into actionable information that drives commercial and operational decisions. This is a build-and-enhance role, not a routine-execution role. You will be expected to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and create new systems from scratch — working closely with the Senior Manager and the Business Analysts to move from requirement to production. If you enjoy building things that compound in value year over year, this role is for you. The Senior Associate, Data Operations & Reporting will be responsible for:
Build, maintain, and restructure data trackers for MoneyMax using Google Sheets and BigQuery as core environments Serve as direct data support to the Business Analyst (BA), handling ad hoc data requests, tracker-related queries, and analysis tasks Create new trackers and analytical tools based on requirements provided by the BAs or Senior Manager, including prototyping and moving to production in BigQuery Gather data from partner reports and input into respective trackers with a high degree of accuracy Manage data warehouse hygiene: cleaning data, identifying erroneous/unusual inputs, managing duplicates, and escalating issues to the Senior Manager Create appropriate data visualisations as required by the Senior DA and/or DA Manager Provide expanded analytics reporting per business requirements, including volume analysis, process performance analysis, and data structure analysis Over time, support expansion of standardised reporting frameworks to additional markets ie Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan as guided by the Senior Manager Contribute to the standardisation and replication of MoneyMax tracker architecture across markets leveraging BigQuery
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in data management, analytics, or a similar data operations role Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets Proficient in BigQuery and/or SQL queries High attention to detail with strong analytical skills — able to organise data into clear, value-adding insights Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle pressing timelines without close supervision Strong sense of ownership; highly productive and self-driven Curiosity and a builder's mindset — comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and creating new systems rather than maintaining steady-state processes
Good to have:
Google Apps Script knowledge SQL and JavaScript knowledge Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) for query/formula generation, data extraction, and workflow acceleration Exposure to automation and cross-system data workflows (e.g. extracting and interpreting PDFs, provider reports) Zoho CRM knowledge Ability to diagnose processes and develop improvement plans Bachelor's degree preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Electronics), or equivalent
Additional Info on Career Growth:This role offers meaningful scope for progression. As the MoneyMax data environment matures, the successful candidate will have visibility across multiple markets (SingSaver, Hong Kong) and the opportunity to take on broader analytical responsibilities as the team evolves. We value candidates who invest in deepening their knowledge over time — the data infrastructure you help build here is genuinely complex, and the expertise you develop is not easily replicated elsewhere.
