About the Role The Campaign Operations Manager is a senior individual contributor on the Global Campaign team, responsible for owning the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance of large-scale platform campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional execution — you will drive user acquisition, conversion, and engagement across global markets while building the systems and processes that make campaigns work at scale.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution

Own the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and creative brief through execution, go-live monitoring, and post-campaign analysis

Design and implement user acquisition and conversion programs aligned with exchange growth targets (new registrations, first deposits, trading activation)

Generate standout marketing ideas — campaigns that are not just well-executed but genuinely memorable and brand-building

Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative output, data analysis, and landing page design

Performance & Analytics

Define campaign KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and deliver data-driven performance reports to leadership

Identify optimization opportunities through A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel diagnostics

Track competitor campaigns, market trends, and emerging user behaviors in the crypto space; translate insights into actionable strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with product, design, BD, legal, and regional teams to deliver campaigns on time and at scale

Navigate competing priorities and stakeholder dynamics with professionalism and composure

Document campaign processes and build reusable playbooks to improve team efficiency

Requirements Must-Have

3+ years of operations experience at a cryptocurrency exchange, with a proven track record of independently running large-scale platform campaigns

A deep understanding of exchange growth mechanics — user acquisition funnels, conversion tactics, retention levers, referral programs, and incentive design

Strong data sense — able to independently define metrics, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions

Strong marketing sense — able to develop creative, high-impact campaign concepts that stand out in a crowded market

Proficient in AI-powered workflows — hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or equivalent) for creative ideation, data analysis, and landing page design

High emotional intelligence — able to navigate ambiguity, manage conflicts constructively, and maintain a positive team dynamic under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus

Structured, logical thinker — able to manage complexity and deliver under tight deadlines

Nice-to-Have

Experience running global or multi-region campaigns across different regulatory environments

Familiarity with trading products (spot, derivatives, earn, copy trading) and their respective user journeys

Experience with campaign analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or equivalent)

Creative output is consistently high-quality — ideas that get noticed internally and resonate with users externally

Within 3 months, you have identified and implemented at least one process improvement that measurably increases team efficiency

Data and post-campaign insights are regularly shared with leadership in a clear, actionable format
