Transaction Banking, Payments and Testing Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of transaction banking projects across payments, cash management, trade finance, and regulatory initiatives.Define project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, milestones, risks, and dependencies.Coordinate business, development, testing, infrastructure, operations, release, and vendor teams across multiple APAC markets.Manage requirements, solution design, system integration, data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing while ensuring quality standards and agreed entry and exit criteria are met.Monitor project performance through status reports, dashboards, risk registers, and governance meetings, escalating issues where required.Support release planning, Go/No-Go decisions, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance, and successful production implementation.
