ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Global Payment Solutions operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, robust controls, and operational excellencePartner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, operational performance, and customer outcomesOversee outsourced service providers, ensuring effective governance, strong service performance, and adherence to contractual obligationsChampion operational excellence by leveraging process optimisation, automation, and data-driven insights to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiencyStrengthen the risk and control environment by ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and effective operational risk managementRequirementsAt least 7 years of leadership experience in banking operations, shared services, or a global service centre environmentSound knowledge of operational risk, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance within the banking industryDemonstrated people leadership, including coaching, team development, performance management, and fostering a high-performing culture
