AI Engineer – Generative AI & Prompt Engineering

Role SummaryWe are seeking an AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to develop intelligent AI-powered applications and enhance user experiences. You will work on Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt optimization, Custom GPT solutions, and AI agents while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and innovative AI solutions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications.Build and maintain Custom GPTs, AI agents, and Generative AI solutions.Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.Test, monitor, and optimize AI models to improve performance, accuracy, and user experience.Document AI solutions, best practices, and technical processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering, including hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.Experience with Prompt Engineering, Custom GPT development, and AI agent frameworks.Proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.Good understanding of AI application development, testing, and deployment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
