The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue across TechStudio's products and professional services. The role combines new business development with account management, engaging both channel partners and enterprise end-clients directly. The primary market is Singapore, with sales support extended into Malaysia and Thailand as opportunities arise.This is a mid-level, performance-driven sales role suited to a commercially hungry professional who is equally comfortable opening new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and working alongside channel partners to close enterprise deals. The role carries a fixed base salary complemented by an attractive, uncapped commission structure, allowing strong performers to scale their earnings in direct line with the deals they close.AI tools form part of the day-to-day workflow. The executive is expected to use them actively for prospecting, account research, and pipeline management, and to contribute ideas that strengthen how the sales team applies AI.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for TechStudio's products and services across Singapore, Malaysia, and ThailandOwn and consistently deliver against assigned sales quotas and revenue targetsManage and grow existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, renewals, and upsell opportunitiesWork closely with channel partners to co-sell into their enterprise customer baseEngage enterprise end-clients directly through discovery meetings, solution presentations, and commercial negotiationsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report progress to the Sales DirectorCollaborate with technical, and service delivery teams to scope proposals and ensure smooth handover to deliveryStay current on the product roadmap, competitor offerings, and the broader market for AI, WiFi application, IoT, location services, and video AIRepresent TechStudio at industry events, partner briefings, and client engagementsUse AI tools for prospecting, account research, proposal drafting, and CRM hygiene, and contribute prompts and workflows that improve sales productivityRequirementsDiploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or system integrationProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying roleComfortable operating within a performance-driven, commission-centric compensation model with uncapped earning potential, and motivated to grow income through sales achievementExperience selling through channel partners and directly to enterprise clientsStrong commercial acumen, with the ability to position business outcomes ahead of technical featuresProficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin, to engage with Chinese-speaking clients and partnersConfidence using AI tools in day-to-day sales activities, with a willingness to learn prompt engineering and contribute to sales workflow improvementsStrong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities concurrentlyWilling to travel occasionally within the region to support business in Malaysia and ThailandOpen to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents onlyWhat You GainA compensation package built around a fixed base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with no ceiling on earnings for strong performersA diverse product and services portfolio that addresses real enterprise business outcomes, supported by deployments across major organisationsA working environment that integrates AI into daily sales operations, with room to influence how AI tools are adopted by the teamDirect collaboration with senior leadership and a clear commercial growth path within TechStudio
