Logistics Data Analyst

Job Summary:This role will be responsible for the accurate entry and verification of parcel data in the logistics system, compiling daily operational reports, and following up on abnormal shipments (e.g., mis-sorted or unscanned items). The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Filter), and attention to detail. Prior knowledge of courier/express workflows is a plus.Key Responsibilities:1. Responsible for data entry and verification of inbound and outbound parcels, timely correct abnormal waybill information to ensure accurate system data.2. Operate the logistics management system and perform back-office tasks including batch management, and synchronize on-site operation information.3. Compile operational data such as shipment volumes and detained parcels, prepare daily reports and submit them on time.4. Record and follow up abnormal parcels including mis-sorted and unscanned items, and coordinate with relevant teams to complete verification and closure.5. Maintain various operational ledgers and undertake other data-related work assigned by the site management.Job Requirements1. Proficient in computer operations and Excel (Filter, VLOOKUP, PivotTables and basic functions);2. Meticulous and sensitive to figures;3. Candidates with understanding of courier/express transit workflows are preferred.
