This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Agentic AI systems, leveraging large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native technologies to deliver impactful, scalable AI applications.Job HighlightsWork Location: Depot Road (109679)Working Arrangement: 5 Days Work From Office (Office Hours)Employment Type: 2-Year ContractSalary: Up to SGD 7,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Loyalty BonusTechnical Assessment: Required🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesAI Engineering & ArchitectureDesign and develop scalable, secure, and efficient data ingestion pipelines on AWS in collaboration with business stakeholders.Build and optimize AI-driven architectures including vector databases, embedding pipelines, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.Develop agentic AI workflows using AWS-native and serverless technologies.Model Development & OptimizationApply strong algorithmic and analytical skills to enhance data processing, retrieval efficiency, and model inference performance.Ensure clean, reusable, and well-documented code for AI applications.AI Governance & ReliabilityImplement AI evaluation metrics, monitoring frameworks, and guardrails to ensure reliability and responsible AI deployment.Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory standards.Testing & Quality AssurancePerform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system robustness and accuracy.Collaboration & Agile PracticesWork closely within Agile teams, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.✅ Who We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Minimum 3 years of experience working with LLMs and agentic AI workflows.🔧 Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Python for AI, machine learning, and data engineering use cases.Hands-on experience with AWS AI services (minimum 1 year).Proven experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding models.Solid understanding of data engineering principles, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices in AWS environments.📩 How to ApplyApply via MyCareersFuture.
