Senior Technical Consultant

Their comprehensive IT solutions help businesses eliminate challenges, optimize resources, and boost productivity.JOBRESPONSIBILITIES·        Act in multiple roles (Application Consultant, Project Manager, System Engineer, Developer) across projects.·        Partner with clients to define and optimize business and IT use cases.·        Deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions (consulting, design, development, testing, deployment, support).·        Design and support system integrations, workflows, ETL processes, and automation.·        Trouble shoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.·        Propose innovative solutions to address evolving client needs.·        Support cross-project collaboration and contribute to team initiatives.·        Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and extend solution capabilities.·        Serve as a technical lead—providing architecture guidance, code reviews, and escalation support.JOBREQUIREMENTS·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).·        8–10 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality IT systems, application support, or consulting.·        Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end platform solutions, from problem definition to cloud deployment and support.·        Experience with Copilot Studio or GenAI tools (prompt design, workflow integration, use case evaluation).·        Strong understanding of application infrastructure (servers, networking, access control, deployment pipelines).·        Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript).·        Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD practices.·        Ability to evaluate and recommend build-vs-buy decisions across vendors and technologies.·        Experience supporting presales activities, including solutioning and effort estimation.·        Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.·        Excellent documentation and solution design skills.·        Confident in engaging stakeholders across technical levels, including C-suite.·        Reliable, approachable, and trusted as a primary technical advisor.Working Location: SingaporeSyahirah Binte Ahmad Ja'afar (R22105331) JAC Recruitment Pte.
