Data Analyst - Tableau/PowerBI/Data Visualization

Key Responsibilities:Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, understand, and document data and reporting requirements.Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights within retail datasets.Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.Transform complex data into intuitive visualizations tailored to business needs.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data and align outputs with business objectives.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), iterate based on feedback, and ensure successful deployment of dashboards.Provide post-deployment support and continuously enhance dashboards based on evolving requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the retail industry.Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau and Power BI (senior-level proficiency).Solid understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization best practices.Ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and quality checks.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
