AI Product Manager [CCP for ICT Professionals]

Location: SingaporeJob Type: Full-time / ContractJob Description: The AI Product Manager will lead the development and evolution of a modular business operations platform serving SMEs, associations, and community organisations. The role focuses on identifying practical opportunities to applyAI and digital technologies across recruitment, HR, client/community management, procurement, and operational workflows.Key Responsibilities:·     Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritising features based on customer needs, business value, and opportunities for AI-enabled automation.·     Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to identify workflow challenges and translate them into product requirements and AI use cases.·     Define functional requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes for new product andAI-enabled features.·     Work closely with software engineers, UX designers, and data/AI specialists to design, develop, test, and release product enhancements.·     Evaluate opportunities to applyAI capabilities such as intelligent recommendations, automation, content generation, information extraction, and decision support.·     Support testing and validation of AI-enabled features, including usability, output quality, business relevance, and operational effectiveness.·     Monitor product usage, customer feedback, and relevant product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.·     Coordinate product releases and adoption activities to ensure new capabilities are introduced effectively to customers.·     Contribute to product pricing, packaging, positioning, demonstrations, and go-to-market activities.·     Support customer-facing and sales teams by providing product expertise during solution discussions and demonstrations.·     Ensure product development considers appropriate data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI principles.Requirements:·     6–8 years of experience in business development, business transformation, digital solutions, consulting, product-related, or similar customer-facing roles.·     Strong understanding of business processes and how organisations transition from manual or fragmented workflows to more structured digital solutions.·     Experience engaging customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.·     Strong interest in developing competencies in product management, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven product development.·     Ability to translate business challenges into structured product requirements and practical digital solutions.·     Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.·     Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, sales, and business stakeholders.·     Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI-related projects will be advantageous.Key Development AreasThe role will require structured development in areas including:·     AI product management and AI use-case identification·     Product roadmap and lifecycle management·     Product discovery and requirements definition·     Data and AI concepts for business applications·     AI feature testing and evaluation·     Product analytics and adoption measurement·     Responsible AI, data privacy, and governance·     Agile product development and cross-functional delivery
