Graduate / Associate Technical Business Analyst (Innovation)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Tech team at Marsh Risk Tech. This role will be based in Singapore - Marina View. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Role — Graduate / Associate Technical Business Analyst (Innovation) Marsh Risk Tech’s Innovation team partners with the Marsh Risk business to identify and deliver opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and technology modernization. We’re hiring a Graduate / Associate Technical Business Analyst who sits at the intersection of a traditional BA and an early-career developer—someone who is AI-curious, loves to ask “why is it done this way?”, and is excited to build toward becoming an Agentic AI / automation developer over time.You’ll work with business and technology stakeholders to discover problems worth solving, translate needs into clear requirements, and help prototype and deliver solutions using Marsh’s modern engineering and automation toolset. What can you expect?
