AI Agent Development Engineer

Job Descriptions: Lead the architectural design, development, and end-to-end performance optimization of enterprise-grade AI Agent systems as a core team member, ensuring reliable delivery under high-concurrency scenarios.Implement modules such as RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration for complex business scenarios, and package standardized AI components to accelerate product iterations.Proactively explore emerging Agent technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the Agent development platform.
