Manager/Senior Manager - Planning, Strategy and Insights

As Manager, Planning, Strategy and Insights, you will support e2i’s corporate planning, performance management, research and organisational insights. Working with the Deputy Director and Assistant Directors, you will undertake assigned studies, coordinate planning activities and stakeholders, analyse data, prepare corporate reports and track the implementation of strategic priorities.This is a hands-on role requiring you to be analytical, meticulous and comfortable undertaking the detailed groundwork needed to produce clear insights, reports, presentations and management materials. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and analysis on employment, employability, workforce trends, industry groups and emerging issues.Translate data and research findings into clear insights, reports, presentations and recommendations.Monitor corporate KPIs and prepare updates and submissions for senior management.Coordinate planning activities and strategic workstreams, including tracking deliverables and follow-up actions.Support corporate planning sessions, e2i Board meetings and management discussions through the preparation of materials and records.Engage internal teams, government agencies and external stakeholders, including MOM and SWDA, on assigned matters.Maintain accurate and reliable data to support analysis, reporting and decision-making.Job RequirementsAt least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, policy, research, management consulting, performance reporting, data analysis or related fields.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop clear and actionable insights.Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.Good stakeholder coordination and project management capabilities.Hands-on, meticulous and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within timelines.Why Join Us?
