The OpportunityOpportunity to work for one of the leading financial service providers and top banksGreat exposure to learn about banking products and services domainLocation at MBFCThe JobJob PurposeWe’re hiring a VP Change Lead within Global Payments Solutions (GPS), focused on Client Connectivity, to support delivery from design through implementation and embedding. The role will drive day-to-day project management across all GPS channels and services impacted by the migration—ensuring robust planning, governance, approvals, execution discipline and evidence of successful outcomes.The role partners with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, vendors and outsourcing teams to deliver controlled migration outcomes with minimal service disruption.Principal ResponsibilitiesProgramme delivery and governanceOwn delivery of client connectivity work packages end-to-end, supporting the Programme Management Lead to deliver agreed milestones through to cutover and stabilisation.Maintain integrated plans, dependencies and critical path; drive RAID management, decision logs, change control and regular status reporting.Run working groups and action tracking; escalate risks and issues with clear options, trade-offs and recommendations.Channel and service impact assessmentCoordinate analysis of current-state vs target-state impacts across GPS channels and services (e.g., digital channels, host-to-host/connectivity, file/API integrations, SWIFT-related services where applicable, security credentials/entitlements, service models and operational processes).Translate impact assessments into executable plans, sequencing, dependency mapping, and risk-managed implementation approach.Identify gaps and constraints early; propose practical solutions and mitigations to protect service continuity and client experience.Approvals, documentation and recontractingCoordinate documentation required for client-impacting changes arising from legal entity and operating model change (may include onboarding artefacts, notices, addenda/terms updates, or recontracting support packs), working with internal product and implementation teams.Orchestrate internal approvals with Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime Risk, Operational Risk, Data Privacy, Technology Risk and other risk stewards; ensure traceable, audit-ready evidence management and version control.Ensure deliverables align to enterprise governance expectations and 3 Lines of Defence control requirements.Execution, cutover readiness and success monitoringCoordinate testing and implementation readiness activities, runbooks, cutover planning and hypercare across impacted teams and vendors/outsourcers.Define and track success measures (e.g., stability, incident trends, operational throughput, post-cutover service performance), ensuring timely remediation where needed.Support operational readiness, including support model alignment, escalation paths, roles and responsibilities, and handover to BAU.Vendor / outsourcing coordinationManage milestones, dependencies and deliverables with vendors and/or outsourcing teams supporting connectivity, operations or technology activity.Track third-party readiness and evidence required for programme governance and control assurance.The TalentStrong project management experience (VP level) delivering complex, cross-functional change in regulated financial services; payments/transaction banking/connectivity experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage delivery through governance disciplines: integrated planning, critical path, RAID, decisioning, change control and senior stakeholder reporting.Demonstrated experience coordinating approvals and documentation for client-impacting change, partnering effectively with Legal/Compliance and risk stakeholders.Strong analytical skills to assess channel/service impacts and translate into actionable plans, dependencies, and risk-managed delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise governance updates and maintain audit-ready artefacts.Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across Business, Operations, Technology and control functions, including multi-location teams.PreferredFamiliarity with GPS channels/connectivity patterns (e.g., host-to-host, file/API connectivity, digital channels, security/entitlements, SWIFT-related services where applicable).Experience coordinating vendors/outsourcing partners in delivery and cutover readiness.Project management qualification (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile) or equivalent demonstrable experience.Knowledge of Singapore regulatory environment and MAS expectations (advantageous).Next StepsSend your resume to [email protected] Topic: Change Project Manager (VP)Wu Yue ShanEA License No: 91C2918Personnel Registration Number: R25138923
