As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring client base through consistent, high-quality communication across digital channels.You will work to drive revenue growth, expand the client portfolio, and convert opportunities into active users, serving as a key driver of sales execution and market penetration.- Proactively identify, prospect, cultivate and manage relationships with clients.- Develop and implement strategies to grow clients acquisition- Establish and maintain high level relationships with existing key customers, target customers and industry stakeholders.- Work closely with Compliance, Legal and Tech teams to ensure all collaborations align with local and regional regulations.- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance ROI and optimize conversions across all partnership channels.- Stay current on market trends, regulations and the competitive landscape.- Maintain detailed communication logs and follow-ups within CRM tools for transparencyand reporting.- Support reporting and pipeline tracking with regular updates to management on client performance and engagement metrics.Requirements-6-8 years of experience in business development, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.-Possesses a hunter-driven approach, with a proven ability to identify, target, and win high-value clients in competitive markets-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling clients viaphone, WhatsApp, and email.-Good understanding of digital payments, or virtual asset products preferred.-Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with regional clients.-Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment-Prior experience working with regulated environments is a strong advantage.
