[Job ID: 1646672]Job Summary:Lead the organization's AI security strategy, architecture, and controls to ensure the secure adoption of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and machine learning solutions.Responsibilities:Define and lead the AI security strategy, roadmap, and standardsEstablish secure-by-design principles for AI platforms and applicationsProvide security architecture guidance for Generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning solutionsServe as the subject matter expert on AI security risks, threats, and controlsConduct security assessments, threat modelling, and architecture reviewsDesign and implement controls to mitigate risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and model misuseDrive remediation of identified vulnerabilities and security risksSupport AI security monitoring and incident response readinessAssess emerging AI-enabled cyber threats and vulnerabilitiesCollaborate with Security Operations, Risk, Audit, and Technology teams to strengthen AI security postureTranslate technical security risks into business and executive-level insightsPromote responsible and secure AI adoption across the organizationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Ccience, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity experience in areas such as Security Architecture, Security Engineering, Application Security, Threat Intelligence, or Product SecurityProven experience leading technical teams or cybersecurity initiativesStrong expertise in secure system design, risk assessment, and security architectureExperience working with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI platforms, or AI-enabled systemsSolid technical skills in Security Architecture, Threat Modelling, Application Security, SSDLC, Cloud Security, Security Engineering, Risk Assessment, and Incident ResponseKnowledge of AI security practices including GenAI controls, guardrails, and adversarial risks is an added advantageFamiliarity with prompt injection, data leakage prevention, and AI threat modelling is an added advantageUnderstanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks is an added advantageExposure to LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and copilot platforms is an added advantageProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or equivalent are an added advantageWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
